TILC08 + ILD meeting

The Sendai ACFA workshop is the tenth in the series of meetings on the physics and detector of the ILC organized by the ACFA joint Linear Collider Physics and Detector Working Group. The International Linear Collider Steering Committee has recently appointed a Research Director for the ILC experimental program, and issued a call for the ILC detector Letters of Intent. The workshop aims to advance preparation for the ILC experiments.

The ILC accelerator design effort has now entered an engineering design phase leading up to the publication of the Engineering Design Report in 2010. The Sendai GDE meeting will focus on technical progress since the October meeting (at FNAL), while consolidating plans (both technical and organisational) for the next phase of the project.

The deadline of the registration is February 8, 2008.

The ILD meeting will take place on March 7, 2008, after the conclusion of TILC08.
